Choice of Crust Style

  • Traditional - a hand-braided outside crust.
  • Thin - rolled flat for a thin and crispy texture.
  • St. Louis Style - Rope-style Provel cheese, your choice of toppings, on a thin crust, cut tavern style (squares).
  • Chi-Pie - Our version of the classic Chicago style deep dish pizza, this pie is filled with cheese then baked tomato sauce on top.


  • Gluten Free - only available in small size.
  • Cauliflower Crust - also a gluten-free option, available in small size.
  • Keto Crust - perfect for Keto diets, available in small size only.

Choice of Size

  • Small - 10" crust, available only in Thin Style.
  • Medium - 14" crust.
  • Large - 16" crust.
  • Extra Large - 18" crust, available only in Traditional Style.

About Us

We opened our doors in 2012 serving Leavenworth County and beyond with our original menu. With customer-requested favorites like baked wings, pretzels with craft beer cheese, and pasta bowl meals, we have expanded our menu with something for everyone. Pizza on Thin or Traditional crust, hand-cut cold and “hot” salad options, handheld sandwich meals, and cheesy calzones are just some options we offer our customers.
